Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, health, safety, or product-specific restrictions. These may include opened or used health and beauty products, personal care items, fragrances, air fresheners, gift cards, clearance items, customized products, and any products specifically marked as non-returnable. For health and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or tampered with may not qualify for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or the result of an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment when returning items, as The Supply Plug cannot be held responsible for packages lost during return transit.
